What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 working days, depending on your location. We strive to get your delicious avocados & limes to your doorstep as swiftly as possible.
How much will shipping cost?
For local deliveries in the Manawatu/Whanganui Region, shipping is $5. For the rest of New Zealand, shipping is $10.

How can I cancel my order?
If you've made a mistake or ordered the wrong box, simply reach out to us via email at hello@totararoad.co.nz or send a message to @totararoad_nz on Instagram. We're more than happy to assist and can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet.

Our Avocados & Limes
What types of avocados do you offer in your boxes?
Our avocado boxes feature wonderfully creamy, nutty Hass avocados.
Where are your avocados sourced from?
Our avocados are picked to order from our orchard in Rangitikei, ensuring freshness and quality.
What variety of limes do you grow?
We offer Bearss Limes, a delightful cross between Key Limes and Lemons. These limes boast a larger size, thicker skin, and a less acidic flavor compared to Key Limes.
Is there a limit to the availability of avocados?
Yes, availability is limited this season. We update our stock based on estimates, so check back daily for updates. If we sell out, don't worry - more avocados may become available shortly.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
At this stage, subscription boxes will be available next season.
